Cherry is a durable hardwood that is sourced locally and shows beautiful color and variation. Each rolling pin shows the unique character of the wood, some are darker, some have brown flecks throughout, those pictured have a unique dark streak throughout the wood that is a rare find.
Every pin is finished with a soak in flax seed oil, then each one is hand buffed with a food safe, beeswax polish that makes the wood look incredible. It might look so nice you won’t want to use it, that is until you first try rolling a thin pastry crust and find just how easy it is to feel and shape the dough.
With a little care this rolling pin will become a family heirloom, simply hand wash with some soap and water and dry with a towel. Never wash in dishwasher or let sit in water.

Maintain wood by periodic oiling with flax seed, or mineral oil.
